The audit is a service delivered on the basis of the information you provide. If there is a genuine issue with the quality or completeness of your report, email us and we will address it. Refund terms are outlined on the audit page.
Not currently. The Revenue Bottleneck Audit is a diagnostic service. The report tells you what to fix and how to prioritize it — implementation is up to you. If that changes in the future, it will be noted on the site.
